SEAOC Foundation

The SEAOC Foundation is a 501(c)(3) that supports scholarships, outreach, research, and publications to strengthen the structural engineering profession and the safety of the built environment.

What We Support

We advance the structural engineering profession through strategic investments in research, dissemination of technical knowledge, and support for future engineers. The SEAOC Foundation in 2024 donated $10,000 toward the NCSEA's Artificial Intelligence initiative, to help develop a strategic plan for the use of AI in Structural Engineering. In addition, the Foundation provided $10,000 to support further definition of Special Wind Zones in California.
