SEAOSC’s New Website & Member Portal is Now Live!

Your new SEAOSC website and member portal is now live!

This transition is part of a statewide initiative approved by the Board to connect all California SEAOC member organizations onto one shared platform powered by Novi AMS. The new system is designed to create a more streamlined and connected experience for you while improving access to membership resources, event registration, committees, and other statewide benefits.

As a SEAOSC member, here’s what you need to know:

Your membership isn't changing.

You will now manage your SEAOSC memberships, renewals, and dues through the new Novi AMS platform. Your existing membership information has been transferred into the new system as the basis for your profile on the new platform.

Getting Started

Step 1: Go to seaoc.org or seaosc.org

Step 2: Click “Login” located in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 3: Click “Create an Account”

Step 4: Enter Your Email Address (the same email address associated with your SEAOSC membership profile)

Step 5: Follow the prompts to create your new password and check your inbox for a confirmation email to complete your login.

Once you're in, take a moment to confirm that your contact information is current since it was migrated from your existing membership record. You can update your profile to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

Accessing SEAOSC Pages

You can access SEAOSC-specific pages directly through the new platform by hovering over the “SEAOSC” menu tab in the main navigation

During this transition period, you may notice that some pages or features are still temporarily unavailable. This is expected and will be fully updated and operational once the transition is completed.

For your convenience, the seaosc.org domain now automatically redirects to the new SEAOSC website, making it easy to access the platform using the web address you are already familiar with.

What You Can Do on the New Platform

Once your account is active, you will be able to:

• Register for SEAOC and SEAOSC events directly through the site

• Manage membership renewals and dues

• Update your profile information

• Access SEAOSC-specific pages through the main navigation menu

• View additional features and functionality as they are introduced in phases

If you already registered for an upcoming SEAOSC event through the old website, your registration will be transferred to the new platform within the next few days.

As we continue refining and improving the experience over the coming weeks, additional features and enhancements will be introduced in phases.
