SE Pathways Sponsorship

SEAOC’s SE Pathways to the Profession initiative aims to address the disparity of engagement and lack of diversity within the California structural engineering profession. The SE Pathways program responds to the June 2020 SEAOC Call to Action by supporting students and early career professionals as they enter and make their way through the profession. The Pathways program relies on the generosity and vision of our sponsors, who share our goal of building a diverse, vibrant professional by providing educational, social, mentoring and networking opportunities for young and aspiring engineers.
