David Swanson

David is an award-wining Professional Civil and Structural Engineer and skilled AEC executive with over 30 years of engineering design, project management, and business leadership experience. His professional interests include business and design leadership, seismic safety advocacy, disaster preparedness, response and recovery, civil, structural and earthquake engineering, community and infrastructure resilience, and the design of high-performance mission-critical facilities.Dave was named 2017 Professional Engineer-of-the-Year by the Puget Sound Engineering Council (PSEC) and the 2003 Structural Engineer-of-the-Year by the Structural Engineers Association of Washington (SEAW) for his leadership in civil and structural engineering.
