About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing structural engineering firm providing non-residential structural design services nationwide, with offices in Southern California and Texas and an engineering team that includes international staff. The firm has built a strong reputation for technical excellence and is entering an exciting growth phase, with ambitious plans to significantly expand revenue and build toward a much larger national platform over the next decade. This role will play a key part in that growth.

- Participate in weekly EOS Level 10 meetings, contributing to scorecards, rocks, and issue-solving
- Mentor and develop junior engineers to support their technical and professional growth
