We’re looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our Los Angeles team. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers on a diverse range of projects while developing technical expertise, professional judgment, and leadership capabilities that will shape your career.

What You’ll Do:
- Creating plans, design, computer analysis, checkUse your creativity and expertise to develop structural solutions for world-class projects
- Manage projects and teams
- Manage financial aspects of projects
- Assist with internal QA/QC design and drawing reviews
- Develop and foster key client relationships
- Support marketing and business development efforts
- Train, mentor and develop younger engineers
- Assist with maintaining and developing the firm’s design standards and AI/automation initiatives

What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of structural design experience
- Master’s degree with specialization in structural engineering
- Structural design experience in post-tensioned concrete, reinforced concrete, wood, masonry and steel
- Strong technical understanding of seismic design principles and structural dynamics
- A working knowledge of the California Building Code and relevant design standards (i.e. AISC, ACI, NDS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and deadlines
- E. license required
- Ability to accurately read and interpret drawing plans
