The profession is stronger when more people can find their way into it.
SE Pathways grew out of SEAOC's 2020 Call to Action, which asked our association to actively support students from underrepresented groups and to take on the systemic barriers that hold engineers back.
Each year a new cohort of students and early career professionals comes together to build relationships, share their experiences, and tell firm leaders, educators, and associations what would actually help them grow. Many of them carry that work back into their own offices and campuses.
Sponsors make the core program possible. Giving Tuesday is a chance for individual engineers, alumni, and friends of SEAOC to stand behind it too.

Every contribution supports people at critical moments in their professional journey.
Individual contributions help expand mentorship, early-career engagement, and access to professional networks for students and emerging professionals across California. Gifts of any size make a meaningful impact.

Pathways is possible because these partners believed in it first.
