SEAOSD Women In Structural Engineering Kickoff Event November 11, 2026

We are excited to bring the Women in Structural Engineering (WiSE) community together for our 2026 Kickoff Event!

The SEAOSD WiSE Committee was established in 2022, and as we enter our fourth year, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Harshda Prasad for spearheading this chapter and to Albina Ouzon for her years of dedication to the WiSE committee, and introduce myself as your new co-chair. This is a great opportunity to reflect on how far we've come, celebrate our accomplishments, and look ahead to what's next.

This kickoff is an opportunity to bring us together not only to strengthen our professional relationships, but also to shape the year ahead as a community. We'll share ideas for future events, discuss what we'd like to see from WiSE, reflect on our individual and collective milestones, and set new goals for the year.

Let's celebrate our progress, exchange ideas, and build momentum for another great year together!

Registration includes drink tickets, and appetizers will be provided.

Looking forward to seeing you at Novo Brazil in Mission Valley!

Michelle Fernandez

WiSE Co-Chair
