SEAOC Board OF DIrectors
SEAOC is governed by a Board of Directors that includes the 10 voting members — the current, past and vice presidents of SEAONC and SEAOSC, and the current and past presidents of SEAOCC and SEAOSD. SEAOC officers include a President, Past President, President Elect, Treasurer, and Secretary. The presidency rotates among the four Member Organizations.
An array of technical committees - Seismology, Existing Buildings, General Engineering, Sustainable Design, and Wind, along with several subcommittees - are coordinated through the Structural Standards Committee. Committee members serve as representatives of their regional MO. Other committees include Professional Licensing/Certification, Communications, Legislative, Publications, Webinars/Seminars and Professional Practice, as well as the ad hoc Earthquake Performance Rating System (EPRS) and Resilience committees.

The Executive Director serves as the chief operating officer of the organization, which also has a Communications Director and an Accounting Manager. The SEAOC office is in downtown Sacramento.
