Richard "Dick" Dreyer, S.E., Architect is a Principal at Holmes Structures, a California based structural engineering firm with offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Dick received his Bachelor of Architecture at the CalPoly and his Post Graduate Studies in Structural Analysis, Timber Design, and Value Engineering at UC Berkeley. Throughout his 40 plus years of practice as a structural engineer, he has served numerous volunteer roles within his local Member Organization, SEAONC, including 2016-2017 President.
Jeff Crosier, S.E., is a Principal at Miyamoto International, Inc., a global earthquake + structural engineering firm with 19 offices in 13 countries. Jeff oversees projects and teams of structural engineers at Miyamoto’s Orange County, San Diego, San Jose and Reno offices and has completed more than 3,000 projects in a career spanning 31 years. His aim on a variety of projects in the health care, education, medical and commercial sectors is to develop innovative structural and seismic engineering solutions for clients. His experience includes developing detailed program plans, designing new structures and rehabilitating existing buildings with both conventional and alternative construction methods.

Christopher “Chris’ Kamp. S.E., FSEAOC, is a Principal at SDSE, a structural engineering consulting firm in San Diego, California. Throughout his 39 year career, Chris has been involved and led projects involving generally all types of construction materials and construction delivery methods. His history has included the design of new structures, the evaluation and renovation of existing structures, and the seismic evaluation for projects in the educational, health care, military, civic, residential, and commercial sectors. Chris has long been involved in several volunteer roles for his local Member organization, SEAOSD, including President in 2006-2007, and in the statewide organization, SEAOC, as a member of the Board of Directors for several years and as President in 2016-2017. Chris was also a charter member on the Board of Advisors, UCSD Jacobs School of Engineering, Powell Structures Laboratory, Englekirk Structural Engineering Center.
