Structural Engineering Excellence (SEE) Awards
The Structural Engineering Excellence (SEE) Awards recognize outstanding achievements in structural engineering across California. Administered by SEAOC's four Member Organizations, these awards celebrate the projects, individuals, and teams that demonstrate exceptional technical innovation, commitment to public safety, and advancement of the structural engineering profession. We invite you to nominate a deserving colleague, project, or team, or submit your own work for consideration, before your region's deadline closes.
Each year, SEAOC's regional organizations identify their award winners, whose work then advances to the statewide level for recognition through the SEAOC SEE Awards. This statewide recognition represents the highest honor in the program, bringing together the best of structural engineering from across California. Winners are celebrated in front of the broader profession at the annual SEAOC Convention, where their contributions to public safety, technical excellence, and the advancement of structural engineering are honored by peers and colleagues from throughout the state.

development, and community engagement across the region. The SEAONC SEE Awards celebrate exceptional structural
engineering projects and contributions in Northern California. Entries are due March 9, 2026.
SEAOSC represents structural engineers across Southern California, advancing the profession through education,
advocacy, and recognition of exemplary work. The SEAOSC SEE Awards honor outstanding structural engineering
achievement in the Southern California region. Entries are due March 27, 2026.
SEAOCC connects and supports structural engineers throughout Central California, promoting professional growth
and technical standards in the region. The SEAOCC SEE Awards recognize the finest structural engineering work
and contributions in Central California. Entries are due April 10, 2026.
SEAOSD serves the structural engineering community in the San Diego region, championing public safety,
professional excellence, and peer collaboration. The SEAOSD SEE Awards spotlight exceptional structural
engineering projects and individuals making an impact in the San Diego area. Entries are due May 1, 2026.
