SEAOC’s organizing documents include bylaws, Board policies and procedures, and rules and operating procedures for the Structural Standards Committee and its array of technical committees. SEAOC committees are typically aligned in name and scope with committees at the MO level and at the national level, where SEAOC is the largest member National Council for Structural Engineers Associations (NCSEA).
The SEAOC Executive Director serves as the chief operating officer. A Communications Director and an Accounting Manager also staff the organization. The SEAOC office is in downtown Sacramento.
